What came out of that space was 2point0 Group, a business that brings together everything I&rsquo;ve learned so far. The sharp, commercial side of recruitment. The reflective, human side of coaching. The belief that real progress happens when you stop trying to be everything and start being honest about what you need.My work now combines coaching, mentoring and leadership development with two decades of industry experience.
