This is a proactive, relationship-led sales position focused on managing new homes applicants, generating viewings, supporting sales across multiple developments and working closely with the wider office network to convert opportunities. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Progression Manager to lead and support a busy team of Sales Progressors within a fast-paced, relationship-led property business. This hybrid role combines hands-on case management, team coaching, client relationship management, escalations, reporting, and process improvement. You’ll need strong sales progression experience, confident communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with estate agent clients, solicitors, buyers, sellers, and internal teams.
