Sales Negotiator – Prime Islington

I’m recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join the prime side of one of North London’s strongest and most established estate agency offices.

This is a pure sales role.

There are no valuation or listing responsibilities. Your focus will be on buyers, viewings, offers, negotiations and progressing deals through to completion.

You’ll be working with high-quality stock across the prime Islington market, in a flagship office with a strong reputation, excellent brand presence and significant earning potential for somebody who knows how to sell.

The role

You’ll be responsible for managing buyers through the full sales journey, from initial registration through to completion.

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Registering and qualifying buyers

• Building strong relationships with applicants

• Matching buyers to suitable properties

• Conducting viewings across the prime Islington market

• Following up viewings and generating offers

• Negotiating between buyers and sellers

• Managing offers through to agreed sales

• Keeping buyers engaged throughout their search

• Maintaining excellent communication with clients and applicants

• Working closely with the wider sales team to maximise opportunities

• Supporting sales progression and helping keep transactions moving

• Delivering a high standard of service throughout the process

This is not a role where you’ll be expected to spend your time out valuing or trying to win instructions.

It is about selling property exceptionally well.

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, you’ll already have experience selling in the prime or upper-end residential market, and you’ll be confident dealing with discerning buyers and high-value property.

You’ll likely be:

• An experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator

• Comfortable working with prime buyers and sellers

• Strong at building relationships and managing applicants

• Confident conducting high-value viewings

• Commercially minded and motivated by earnings

• Excellent at negotiating and closing deals

• Proactive with buyer management and follow-up

• Polished, credible and strong in front of clients

• Comfortable working in a busy, high-performing office

Local knowledge of Islington or North London would be an advantage, particularly if you already have experience with the prime market, but strong candidates from comparable London markets will also be considered.
