About Me

I’ve spent more than 20 years working in business — leading teams, scaling and selling my own company, and navigating the highs and lows that come with ambition, leadership, burnout, and reinvention.

I know what it’s like to carry the weight of responsibility, to spin all the plates, and to wonder what’s next when the old version of success no longer fits.

In 2025, I made a decision to step away from my industry and take time to reflect. What came out of that space was 2point0 Group, a business that brings together everything I’ve learned so far. The sharp, commercial side of recruitment. The reflective, human side of coaching. The belief that real progress happens when you stop trying to be everything and start being honest about what you need.

My work now combines coaching, mentoring and leadership development with two decades of industry experience. I help business owners, leaders and professionals find clarity, confidence and direction, whether they’re building teams, growing businesses, or figuring out what comes next.

I believe in honest conversations, compassionate accountability, and practical support. I’ll tell you the truth kindly, but directly and I’ll help you move from thinking to doing.

At home, I live in Surrey with my husband (and business partner), our three kids, and two slightly unruly dogs. Life’s full, just how I like it.

What drives me? Helping people and businesses evolve into their 2.0 version the one that feels clearer, stronger, and more aligned with who they really are.

Partnered vs Contingent recruitment

What’s the difference and which one actually works for your business? Most businesses default to contingent recruitment because it’s familiar. You only pay when you hire, there’s no upfront commitment, and it feels “low risk”. But that model was designed for one-off hires not for businesses that are growing, hiring in volume, or thinking seriously about their people strategy. Here’s how contingent recruitment really compares to our Partnered model.

Partnered recruitment: a smarter way to hire when growth really matters

If you’re hiring multiple roles, contingent recruitment is probably costing you more than you think. Not just in fees, but in time, inconsistency and candidate experience. That’s why we built Partnered.

Case Study

I wanted to share a brief example of a recent hire we supported within the PropTech supplier space. The client had been advertising on Indeed and using multiple agencies to recruit a Business Development Manager, but wasn’t getting the quality or traction they needed. We were invited to work on the role and this what we delivered.
