About Me
I co-founded Realise, the Business Sales, Mergers and Acquisitions arm of 2point0 Group, in September 2026 – my out-and-out objective being to help ambitious business owners build through acquisition and successfully sell their businesses when the time comes to realise the fruits of their labour.
It is the happy result of the years I have spent in this industry – first in front-line agency, working my way up through the ranks to become Lettings Operations Director at Romans/LRG, and later moving into Mergers and Acquisitions at LRG, Christie & Co and, most recently, at Spicerhaart.
During that career I have helped dozens of business owners and firms to both sell their companies and to grow through acquisition, running due diligence on deals and managing the post-completion process of settling businesses into new ownership.
My front-line experience in agency taught me what good looks like; my sales and acquisitions experience taught me how to protect that through growth and realise the best exit possible when the time comes.
This combination of roles has given me a truly rounded view of the industry, meaning that, when it comes to selling your business, I know where value is really added, what makes buyers tick, and what you truly need to focus on as business owners to maximise your best possible exit.
Just as importantly, I know what it takes to bring staff through a transition quickly and confidently, so they can keep delivering the service their clients are used to, and – importantly – so that those clients feel comfortable under new ownership from day one. That is no small thing. It can be what makes or breaks client retention after a business or acquisition completes.
