I&rsquo;ve spent more than 20 years working in business &mdash; leading teams, scaling and selling my own company, and navigating the highs and lows that come with ambition, leadership, burnout, and reinvention.I know what it&rsquo;s like to carry the weight of responsibility, to spin all the plates, and to wonder what&rsquo;s next when the old version of success no longer fits.In 2025, I made a decision to step away from my industry and take time to reflect. What came out of that space was 2point0 Group, a business that brings together everything I&rsquo;ve learned so far. The sharp, commercial side of recruitment. The reflective, human side of coaching. The belief that real progress happens when you stop trying to be everything and start being honest about what you need.My work now combines coaching, mentoring and leadership development with two decades of industry experience. I help business owners, leaders and professionals find clarity, confidence and direction, whether they&rsquo;re building teams, growing businesses, or figuring out what comes next.I believe in honest conversations, compassionate accountability, and practical support. I&rsquo;ll tell you the truth kindly, but directly and I&rsquo;ll help you move from thinking to doing.At home, I live in Surrey with my husband (and business partner), our three kids, and two slightly unruly dogs. I&rsquo;ve spent more than 20 years working in the property industry, leading, building, and advising some of the most successful estate agency businesses in the UK. It&rsquo;s an industry I&rsquo;ve grown up in, and one I&rsquo;m still genuinely passionate about.I&rsquo;ve led large, multi-branch estate agency networks, overseen mergers, acquisitions, and disposals, and managed teams through huge periods of change. Most recently, I was CEO of Michael Jones &amp; Brand Vaughan, part of Lomond one of the largest property groups in the country. Before that, I sat on the board of Alexander &amp; Co, driving growth and performance across multiple brands.Over the years, I&rsquo;ve seen what makes an agency thrive and what holds it back. My work now focuses on helping business owners build scalable, profitable, and future-ready companies. I do that through a mix of recruitment and consultancy identifying what&rsquo;s working, what isn&rsquo;t, and where the biggest opportunities for growth and efficiency lie.My approach is calm, commercial, and hands-on. No corporate waffle, no endless reports just practical advice that helps owners make sense of their business and move it forward with clarity and confidence.Outside of work, you&rsquo;ll usually find me attempting a DIY project that&rsquo;s probably taken twice as long as I said it would, playing a (mostly average) round of golf, or standing on the sidelines watching our three kids play rugby while wondering how mud manages to get everywhere.What drives me? Helping people and businesses in property evolve by creating smarter systems, stronger performance, and a clearer path to whatever&rsquo;s next.
