2point0 Group launches Realise, a new Mergers and Acquisitions arm led by Joel Osbourne

2point0 Group has launched Realise, a new arm dedicated to business sales, mergers and acquisitions in the property sector. It is led by industry veteran Joel Osbourne, who joins as Partner alongside original co-founders Nicola and Paul Broomham.

He brings more than 25 years of industry experience, having worked in M&A at LRG, Christie & Co, and most recently as National Acquisitions Director at Spicerhaart.

Michael Cook, CEO at LRG, has commented: “I have known Joel for 20 years, working closely with him across operations and acquisitions. Joel understands what it takes to grow a business, look after customers and what levers to pull to create value. Consequently, he is able to advise clients based on a position of experience and practical application, rather than just theory.”

Veteran property industry expert Peter Fuller is also enthusiastic about this new venture.

Between them, Joel and Paul have successfully handled more than 50 business sales, mergers and acquisitions, from boutique lettings operations to large, multi-million-pound corporate buy-outs.

It cements the business lifecycle specialism that 2point0 Group has been built on since launching in January 2026, bringing together business advice and consultancy, recruitment, and now sales, mergers & acquisitions, all under one roof.
