About the Role
Head of Lettings / Lettings Manager
Wimbledon
Location: Wimbledon
Salary: c.£30,000–£38,000 basic, depending on experience
OTE: c.£70,000–£75,000
Car: £420 per month car allowance or electric company car option
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm; alternate Saturdays, 9:00am–2:00pm with a full day off in lieu
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays and birthday off
Start: ASAP
The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced lettings professional to lead and grow a prime Wimbledon lettings office.
This is a high-potential patch with excellent local stock, strong demand and significant opportunity to increase market share. The office needs a commercially driven, service-led lettings professional who can bring consistency, energy and structure to the branch.
The successful candidate will be the key valuer for Wimbledon, responsible for driving new business, winning instructions, growing managed stock and improving overall lettings performance.
This would suit an experienced Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Valuer who is ready to step into a role with real ownership.
Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of lettings performance across the Wimbledon office

Act as the lead valuer and main new business driver

Generate and convert market appraisals

Win new instructions and grow managed stock

Drive move-ins, deal value and renewal/continuation income

Build strong relationships with landlords and local clients

Work closely with the in-branch negotiator and nearby cluster offices

Collaborate with client services, tenancy support and property management

Maintain high standards of compliance, service and communication

Bring consistency and focus to the team

Identify opportunities to grow the office’s local presence and performance
About You
The client is looking for a real go-getter — someone who can spot opportunity, create momentum and drive the business forward.
You will need to be confident on valuations, strong with landlords and commercially aware. Just as importantly, you will understand the importance of service quality, managed stock growth and long-term client relationships.
This role would work well for someone who wants to make their mark in a strong London market and be properly rewarded for the growth they deliver.
Requirements

Previous lettings experience at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager, Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Manager level

Strong listing, valuation and instruction-winning experience

Proven ability to generate new business and convert opportunities

Good understanding of managed lettings, renewals and landlord retention

Strong communication and client service skills

Commercially focused, resilient and proactive

ARLA / Propertymark qualification preferred

Full UK driving licence
